Important Notice Regarding Domain Renewal
You have been directed to this page via an Express Renew button in a renewal reminder email. This email, sent by our domain registrar, is separate from the official renewal reminders we issue to our customers. We apologise for any confusion this has caused.
The registrar has recently initiated these emails to fulfill their domain provider obligations. However, they overlap with our own notifications and do not contain the correct link. We are actively working with the registrar to resolve this and disable their notifications.
To ensure a smooth renewal process, please:
- Disregard any further emails with an Express Renew button.
- Look out for our official renewal email, which will feature our logo and a direct text link to the renewal page on the Pureweb website (example provided below).
- Remember, you can always reach out for assistance at support@pureweb.co.nz.
Domains can be renewed for up to 10 years in advance. If you have any questions or need help, we are always ready to assist you.
